A paper in Conservation Evidence (Charlton et al. 2010), and summarised in Habitat management news (BW 23: 32-33), described the eradication of the invasive New Zealand Pygmyweed Crassula helmsii from coastal grazing marsh at the RSPB's Old Hall Marshes reserve, in Essex.
