Is this the ultimate conservation programme? Extinction threatens the Black Rhinoceros of Cameroon, of which barely a dozen have survived the poachers. Each one is to recieve a 24-hour armed bodyguard until a special rhino sanctuary can be built. Then they can be all be tranquillised, trussed up and bundled inside a security fence with built-in searchlights and watchtowers.
