"The United Nations says we must change our eating habits. A report by its Rome-based Food and Agriculture Organisation claims that we are ignoring what is potentially the world's greatest food resource, namely insects. It shows us by way of various diagrams that bug-farming is much more energy efficient than growing wheat or raising cattle, and uses far less land. And the authors point out that, weight for weight, there is more protein in a dung beetle than in the finest steak."
